Privacy at Remtek Industries Ltd.
What we collect: your name, contact details you give us, and your purchase history.
Why: to process payments, issue receipts and refunds, look up past orders, and keep business records required by law.
Who handles it: card payments are processed by Square. Our records are kept in secure business software from trusted service providers, some of which may store information outside Canada.
Saved cards: with your permission, Square can securely save your card for future orders. We never see or store your full card number. You can ask us to remove a saved card at any time.
What we don't do: sell your information, or send marketing without your permission.
How long: tax records are kept for 6 years from the end of the tax year, as required by law. Other information is kept only as long as we need it.
Your rights: you can ask in writing to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and have your customer profile deleted. We reply within 30 business days.
